TUNBRIDGE — A 44-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Tunbridge yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible domestic incident on Whitney Hill Road at around 7:40 p.m.
On November 22, the court issued conditions of release on Kevin Whiteman, of Tunbridge.
Among the conditions, Whiteman was ordered to not abuse or harass a protected person.
A trooper from the VSP Royalton barracks investigated the domestic incident at Whiteman’s home.
As a result of this investigation, he was arrested for assaulting the household member who was the subject of a court order and was a protected person in the criminal court order.
He was transported to the State Police barracks in Royalton for processing.
He was issued a citation and ordered to appear in court today.
