NORWICH — A 21-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Norwich yesterday.
Authorities say they were called for assistance regarding a child custody concern.
Subsequently, Officer Ingraham, Officer Root, and Hartford Officer Angulo arrested Travis Morcom.
Morcom was picked up on an outstanding warrant for 2 charges of aggravated domestic assault, 3 charges of domestic assault, 1 charge of interference with access to emergency services, and 1 charge of unlawful mischief.
Following a court appearance, he was ordered held without bail.
He was later transported to the Southern State Correctional Facility.
