BRISTOL — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Bristol yesterday.
The crash took place at the intersection of Vermont Route 116 and Meehan Road, at around 7:00 p.m.
According to the report, Gavin Kouwenhoven, 18, of Bristol, was traveling west on Meehan Road in a Toyota Prius prior to the crash.
At the same time, Adam LaFountain, 41, of Starksboro, was traveling north on Vermont Route 116 in dump truck.
Police say Kouwenhoven entered the intersection without stopping at the stop sign, causing a side-swipe collision.
No injuries resulted from this crash.
Troopers were assisted on the scene by members of the Bristol Fire Department and Bristol Rescue Squad.
