WALDEN — Police have identified the driver in a fatal crash in Walden yesterday as a 37-year-old woman from St. Albans.
Authorities were notified of the crash on Vermont Route 15 at around 1:30 a.m.
Police say the driver, identified as Amber Thomasmossey, was unresponsive and later pronounced deceased at the scene.
A black Ford Explorer was seen rolled over in an embankment, and crashed into a tree.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
