ARLINGTON — Two residents of Arlington were charged with simple assault on Wednesday.
Authorities say they were notified of a citizen dispute on Vermont Route 7A at around 9:10 a.m.
According to the report, the two individuals were yelling and screaming at each other.
Following an investigation, police allege that Aiden Peacock, 21, and Mary Morse, 37, had caused bodily injury to each other during a scuffle.
Both parties were released with citations to answer the charge at a later date and time.
