DANBY — A 30-year-old man was cited for aggravated domestic assault following an incident in Danby last month.
On May 27, authorities say they were notified that a child had signs of trauma on her neck at around 10:30 a.m.
Police allege that Dustin Tobin, of Danby, had caused bodily injury to a household member.
Tobin was taken into custody and transported to Manchester Police Department for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in court and released.
