WESTMINSTER — A 41-year-old man was arrested for violation of conditions of release following an incident in Westminster.
Authorities say they were notified of the assault at around 7:25 p.m. yesterday.
Police made contact with Jimi Boll, of Westminster, at the home.
Following an investigation, police say that he violated several current court-ordered conditions.
Boll was arrested and transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.
He was released on conditions and a criminal citation to appear in court today.
