ARLINGTON — A 52-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Arlington on Sunday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance at a home at around 8:30 p.m.
Police allege that Kenneth Allen, of Arlington, physically assaulted a family member, causing pain.
Allen was taken into custody and transported to the Shaftsbury barracks for processing.
A judge imposed conditions of release and ordered him to appear in court.
He was released on his own recognizance.
