RUTLAND — A 27-year-old woman is facing multiple charges following an incident in Rutland on Thursday.

Police say, Raven Blanchard, who was known to police to have multiple arrest warrants, was located while police patrolled the city at around 3:30 a.m.

Blanchard was in possession of a large number of stolen credit cards, identification cards, and other property, police say.

Many of these items were reported stolen from motor vehicles throughout the Rutland County area within the last few weeks.

It should be noted that there are still many items that were recovered that were never reported stolen.

Anyone who had property stolen is being asked to contact their local police agency and report the theft.
