WELLS — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Wells on Tuesday.
The crash took place on East Wells Road at around 9:40 p.m.
According to the report, Lyndsey Reed, 20, of Poultney, was traveling east before crossing the center line and colliding with Layla Rostamnezhad, 38, of Wells.
An investigation led to Reed being arrested and processed for DUI while at the Rutland Regional Medical Center.
Police say Rostamnezhad was also injured during the crash, and transported to the hospital.
