RUTLAND — A 52-year-old woman is facing charges following an incident in Rutland on Saturday.
Authorities say they were notified of an assault at the Cortina Inn at around 1:15 a.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Tonyia Connors, of Rutland, hit Lisa Amico, 45, of Rutland, causing pain and or injury.
Connors was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
