GEORGIA — A 58-year-old man from Fairfax was charged following an incident in Georgia earlier this month.
On May 14, authorities say they were notified of a dispute at the Maplefields on Route 7 at around 6:50 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Larry Gaudette attempted to punch Nathan Parah, 29, of Alburg.
The action started a physical altercation involving several people.
Gaudette was issued a citation to appear in court on June 20 to answer the charge of simple assault and disorderly conduct.
