TROY — A 52-year-old man from Derby was arrested for violations of conditions of release following an incident in Troy yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic complaint at a home on East Hill at around 9:40 p.m.
While Troopers were at the home, they came into contact with Timothy Phillips.
The complainant, Michelle Lemieux, 48, of Troy, reported Phillips and her had a dispute.
Following an investigation, police say that Phillips had active court-ordered conditions of release prohibiting any and all contact with Lemieux.
Phillips was arrested and transported to the Derby barracks for processing and issued a citation.
