TOWNSHEND — Two people were cited following an incident in Townshend yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an individual in a home who was not supposed to be there on Galbraith Drive at around 11:10 a.m.
Following an investigation, it was found that Alan Eldredge, 69, and Luana Whitefox, 68, had broken into the home and had been staying there for several nights.
Eldredge and Whitefox were cited and released for the charges of unlawful mischief, and unlawful trespass.
They are scheduled to appear in court on June 28 to answer the charges.
