BRATTLEBORO — A 28-year-old man was arrested for DUI following a crash in Brattleboro yesterday.
The two-vehicle crash took place on I-91 at around 8:45 p.m.
Police identified the driver as Caleb Smith, of Brattleboro.
While speaking with Smith, police say they observed several indicators of impairment.
Smith was arrested for suspicion of DUI and was transported to the Westminster barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court on June 28 to answer the charge.
