HYDE PARK — A 26-year-old man from Lowell was arrested on a warrant following an incident in Hyde Park yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle traveling 76 miles-per-hour in a posted 50 miles-per-hour zone on Route 100 at around 2:50 p.m.
The operator was identified as Forrest Lamphere.
Lamphere was found to have a felony warrant for his arrest that was issued out of Orleans County, for the charge of aggravated domestic assault.
He was arrested and transported to Lamoille County Superior Court where he was arraigned and released on conditions.
