MONTPELIER — A 77-year-old man was arrested for aggravated disorderly conduct following an incident in Montpelier last week.
On April 27, authorities say they were notified of an altercation between neighbors at an apartment building on Main Street.
According to the report, John Hyslop displayed threatening behavior towards another individual while in possession of a bat.
Following an investigation, police say that probable cause was established that Hyslop had committed the crimes of aggravated disorderly conduct and was arrested.
