TOPSHAM — A 35-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant following an incident in Topsham yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of a family disturbance on Willey Hill Road at around 9:05 a.m.

Police allege that Samantha Partlow, of Topsham, had an active arrest warrant.

Police say they observed signs of impairment during the investigation and administered standardized field sobriety tests.

They allege Partlow operated a motor vehicle on a public highway while she was impaired.

Partlow was arrested and transported to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing where she was issued a citation for the charges of DUI drug and arrested on the warrant.

She was then transported to Northeast Vermont Regional Hospital where probation and parole took her into custody.
