BRIDPORT — A 43-year-old man was arrested for his third DUI following an incident in Bridport yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family disturbance at a home on Swinton Road at around 9:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, police say they observed Stephen Nuciolo, of Bridport, operate a vehicle.
While speaking with Nuciolo, police say they detected indicators of impairment.
Nuciolo was screened and placed under arrest for DUI.
He was transported to the New Haven barracks for processing, where he refused to provide a sample of his breath.
He was released to a sober party with a citation to appear in court to answer to the charge of DUI #3.
