WINDSOR — A 37-year-old man from East Ryegate was cited for DUI drugs following a two-vehicle crash in Windsor yesterday.
The crash took place in the median on I-91 at around 5:20 p.m.
Police identified one of the drivers as Buddy Covey.
Through the course of the investigation, Covey was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence.
He was transported to the hospital for injuries.
At the conclusion of processing, Covey was issued a citation to appear in court on June 28 to answer the charge of DUI-drugs.
State Police was assisted by the Hartland Fire Department, Windsor Fire Department, Windsor Ambulance Service, and Legendary Auto Workx.
