RUTLAND — A 35-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Rutland yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family fight at around 7:40 p.m.
Police allege that Shane Duprey, of Rutland, threatened a family member with a deadly weapon.
Duprey was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland barracks where he was processed and later lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility.
He is being charged with first-degree aggravated domestic assault.
