RUTLAND — A 34-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Rutland yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance at the Cortina Inn at around 1:35 a.m.
Police allege that Justin Harris, of Rutland, physically assaulted a family member.
Harris was taken into custody and transported to the Rutland barracks where he was processed and lodged at Marble Valley Correctional Facility for lack of bail.
