BOLTON — A 31-year-old resident of Eden was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Bolton yesterday.
Police initiated a traffic stop on I-89 south at around 6:20 p.m.
The driver was identified as Skylar Grimes.
Following an investigation, police allege that Grimes was under the influence of intoxicants.
He was transported to the Williston barracks for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court in Burlington on May 4 to answer to the charge of DUI#2.
