WATERFORD — A 29-year-old man was arrested for violation of conditions of release following an incident in Waterford early this morning.
Police responded to a crash on Lower Waterford Road at around 1:10 a.m.
Officers were unable to locate the driver of the vehicle when they arrived.
Following an investigation, police Jeffrey Phillips was the owner of the vehicle.
Phillips was found to be in violation of court-ordered conditions of release.
He was arrested and charged for violating these conditions, and released on a citation.
