RUTLAND — A 34-year-old man was arrested for his fourth DUI in Rutland on Tuesday.
Authorities say they were notified of a theft complaint on US Route 7 at around 6:45 p.m.
Police allege that Seth Mormile operated a motor vehicle on a public highway that wasn’t equipped with the required interlock device as required by his license.
During the interaction, Mormile showed signs of impairment and was screened for DUI.
He was arrested and brought to the Rutland barracks for DUI processing.
He was issued a criminal citation to appear for the charges at a later date and time.
