WATERVILLE — A 21-year-old man from Johnson was arrested for DUI following a crash in Waterville yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a single-vehicle collision on Plot Road at around 11:45 p.m.
While conducting a crash investigation, police say they located the driver, identified as Kenneth Lanpher, of Johnson, traveling on an ATV with significant facial injuries.
Police pulled over Lanpher and determined that he was involved in the collision.
While speaking with Lanpher, several signs of impairment were detected.
He was arrested for driving under the influence and cited to appear in court at a later date.
