SPRINGFIELD — A 39-year-old man from Burlington was arrested on a warrant following an incident in Springfield on Monday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding on I-91 at around 4:20 p.m.
During the stop, police say one of the passengers was identified as Nicholas Walls.
Walls was found to have an active in-state arrest warrant for false pretenses/tokens greater than $900, and violation of conditions of release.
Walls was arrested and transported to Southern State Correctional Facility on $2,500 bail.
