DERBY — A 29-year-old man was arrested on a warrant following an incident in Derby yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a suspicious complaint at a home located on Lower Quarry Road at around 12:50 a.m.
While troopers were at the home, they came into contact with Matthew White, of Derby, who had an active instate warrant for his arrest.
Following an investigation, police say that White was actively violating his curfew as he also had active court-ordered condition of release.
White was arrested and transported to Northern State Correctional Facility and issued a citation for a curfew violation.
