BRATTLEBORO — A 41-year-old man was cited for violation of conditions of release following an incident that took place in Brattleboro last month.
On March 1, authorities say they were notified of a disabled vehicle on the I-91 exit 3 off-ramp at around 4:20 a.m.
Police made contact with Shaquaran Holcomb, of Brattleboro, at the scene.
Police say Holcomb had violated his conditions of release.
He was issued a citation to answer the charge on April 26.
