ANDOVER — A 32-year-old man from Ludlow was arrested following an incident in Andover yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible domestic assault at a home at around 11:00 a.m.
According to the report, police allege Josiah Hale attempted to force entry into a home causing damage, and assaulting a family member.
Hale was arrested and charged with first-degree aggravated domestic assault and unlawful mischief.
He was transported to the Vermont State Police Westminster barracks for processing.
He was held without bail and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility.
Hale was cited to appear in court on April 11 to answer the charges.
