POWNAL — A 59-year-old man was charged with unlawful trespass following an incident in Pownal today.
Police responded to a call on Grandview Road at around 9:40 a.m.
Police say they found a notice against trespass which prohibits Scott Agresta, of Pownal, from being on the property.
After speaking with the victim, it was found that Agresta had violated the trespass notice.
He was located at his home and released with a citation to answer the charge at a later date and time.
