DUMMERSTON — A 26-year-old woman from New Hampshire is facing charges following an incident in Dummerston.
On March 25, authorities say they were notified of a simple assault that occurred in the complainant’s home at around 10:15 a.m.
An investigation led to the arrest of Kelsey Chabot, of Swanzey, New Hampshire, on Tuesday at around 12:45 a.m.
Chabot was charged with simple assault and unlawful trespass.
She has been ordered to appear in court on June 28 to answer the charges.
