THETFORD — A 71-year-old man was arrested for 1st degree aggravated domestic assault following an incident in Thetford on Tuesday.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible domestic assault ongoing at a home on Mud Pond Road at around 7:30 a.m.
Police allege that Carl Pedersen, of Thetford, had assaulted a family member.
Pedersen was arrested and transported to the Bradford Outpost for processing and then transported to Orange County Court for arraignment.
He was released with conditions of release.
