WATERBURY — A 36-year-old man from Bristol was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Waterbury yesterday.
Police say they witnessed a vehicle driving in excess of the posted speed limit while patrolling I-89 at around 1:20 a.m.
Police initiated a traffic stop, and the driver was identified as Dakota Yankton.
Police allege Yankton showed signs of impairment.
He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Montpelier Police Department for processing.
He was later released with a citation and ordered to appear in court on April 21.
