HUBBARDTON — A 48-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Hubbardton yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an assault on Sharon Drive at around 12:00 p.m.
Police allege that Kyle Watrous, of Hubbardton, entered the victim’s home, placed them in fear of serious bodily injury, and left the home on foot.
Troopers made contact with Watrous and took him into custody for the charges of simple assault and unlawful trespass.
Watrous was transported to the State Police Rutland barracks for processing.
He was cited to appear in court at a later date and time.
