DANBY — A 39-year-old man was arrested on charges following an incident in Danby yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance that occurred at a home at around 7:00 p.m.
Police allege that Clifford J. Green physically assaulted a family/household member.
Police say Green left the scene after the assault and was located at a home in Wallingford.
He was taken into custody at that time.
Green was processed at the Rutland barracks and was issued conditions of release and a citation to answer the charge of domestic assault at a later date and time.
