WEST DANVILLE — A 63-year-old man is facing charges following an incident in West Danville yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic assault that occurred at a home at around 8:10 p.m.
Police allege that Carl Emerson, of Walden, assaulted a family member causing pain.
Emerson was located that evening and taken into custody without incident.
He was processed at the St. Johnsbury barracks and was issued conditions of release and a citation to answer the charge today.
