BERKSHIRE — A 31-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Berkshire yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance that occurred at a home on Berkshire Estates at around 9:35 a.m.
Police allege that Bradley Bourn caused bodily injury to a family member.
Bourn was arrested for 2nd degree aggravated domestic assault and transported to the St. Albans barracks for processing.
Per order of the court, Bradley was lodged at the Northwest State Corrections Facility.
