WARREN — A 56-year-old man from New Jersey was cited for his second DUI following an incident in Warren yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a vehicle that had crashed into a ditch on Lower Summit Road at around 10:50 p.m.
Police identified the driver as William McDonald when they arrived.
While speaking to McDonald, police allege they observed several indicators of impairment.
McDonald was transported to Montpelier Police Department for processing and was released with a citation for the offense.
