WILLISTON — A 22-year-old man from Massachusetts was arrested for DUI following an incident in Williston yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle traveling north at 92 miles-per-hour in the posted 65 miles-per-hour zone on I-89 at around 7:40 p.m.
The driver was identified as Liam Ryan, of Acton, MA.
While speaking with Ryan, police say they observed signs of impairment.
He was arrested for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Williston barracks for processing.
He was later released with a citation to appear in court on April 14 to answer the charge.
