NEWPORT — A 37-year-old man is facing additional charges following an incident that took place in Newport earlier this month.
On March 1, authorities say they were notified of a violation of conditions of release by Anatoly Kishinevski, of Newport.
Police say Kishinevski is currently being held without bail at the Northern State Correctional Facility for a prior sexual assault.
Following an investigation, police allege Kishinevski contacted the victim through a third party.
This was in violation of his conditions of release issued by the court.
He was cited for the offense, and scheduled to answer to charges on May 4.
