RUTLAND — A 37-year-old woman wanted on a warrant was arrested after a theft was reported in Rutland yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of retail theft at Hannaford’s Supermarket at around 2:00 p.m.
According to the report, Brittany Turner, of Rutland, left the premises without paying for merchandise.
Police say Turner also had an active warrant out for her arrest.
Turner was issued a citation to appear in court on March 28 for the warrant.
She was issued another citation on April 18 to answer to the charge of retail theft.
