Washington man arrested for pulling a gun during altercation in Chelsea

CHELSEA — A 57-year-old man from Washington was cited following an incident in Chelsea on Saturday.

Authorities say they were notified of a verbal altercation in which Kenneth Fisher displayed a firearm on Vermont Route 110, at around 3:05 p.m.

According to the report, Fisher pulled the gun out during an argument with a 38-year-old man from Chelsea.

Fisher is accused of then attempting to ram the victim’s vehicle as well.

Police say Fisher was released with conditions and issued a citation to appear in court for the charges of aggravated assault, and negligent operation.
