Dandelion run set for May 21

DERBY — The Dandelion Run is back this year, hosting a traditional Half Marathon through the hilly dirt roads and the world-famous dandelion fields of Morgan, Holland, and Derby.

Shorter, more forgiving distances will include 10 km, 4-mile, 2-mile, 1-mile options.

This year, organizers are requiring that all participants and volunteers be fully vaccinated.

Registration closes on May 18, 2022.

The race welcomes back Barr Hill at Caledonia Spirits with their honey-based gins and vodkas.

Community National Bank will also be underwriting the event this year.

Registration fees include Friday’s Dandy Pasta Dinner at the EastSide Restaurant, with music by Patti Casey and Colin McCaffrey.
