RUTLAND — A 34-year-old man was cited for violation of an abuse prevention order following an incident in Rutland on Saturday.
Authorities say they were notified of a 911 call at the Cortina Inn at around 2:30 a.m.
While investigating the call, police say they observed Justin Harris make contact with the plaintiff of an active abuse prevention order on which he was listed as the defendant.
Harris was released with a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
