SHELDON — A 52-year-old man from Fairfield was arrested on a warrant following an incident in Sheldon on Saturday.
Authorities say they were notified that James Jettie was in the area and had a warrant for his arrest.
Jettie was operating a motor vehicle and a traffic stop was initiated.
Police say he was arrested for the warrant, and bail was set at $200.
He was transported to Northwest State Correctional Facility.
