NEWPORT — The MAC Center for the Arts will host a live poetry reading event in April to celebrate Poetry Month.
The reading will take place on Sunday, April 10, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
This free event will take place at the MAC, located at 158 Main Street Newport, in the downstairs gallery.
The reading will feature all original works by both MAC members and the general public.
Anyone who would like to present original work, you are welcome to select up to 3 poems, with a total time limit of 5 minutes.
