Victim in Cambridge fire identified

CAMBRIDGE — Police have identified the man killed in a Cambridge barn fire on Thursday as Craig Hall, 70, of Cambridge.

The Cambridge Fire Department was dispatched to the fire at 823 Westman Road at around noon on March 17.

When firefighters arrived at the scene, they say the detached barn was completely involved with flames.

While conducting overhaul operations, firefighters discovered Hall’s remains within the structure.

This fire and fatality are still under investigation by the Vermont State Police.
