WHITINGHAM — Police say a 32-year-old man from Halifax was cited following a crash they have been investigating since last year.
On April 6, 2021, authorities say they were notified of a two-vehicle crash on Gates Pond Road in Whitingham
The driver of one of the vehicles fled the scene prior to their arrival.
Following a long investigation, police allege that Stephen M. Dix was the driver.
Yesterday, at around 8:00 p.m, Dix was cited to appear in court on May 31 to answer the charges of leaving the scene of an accident, and negligent operation.
