WILLIAMSTOWN — A 25-year-old woman from East Randolph was cited for assault following an incident in Williamstown last week.
Authorities say on March 10, they were notified of an assault on Rood Pond Road at around 4:50 p.m.
Police allege that Phoenix Miller, assaulted a 19-year-old woman from Williamstown, during an argument when they arrived.
Miller was issued a citation to appear in court on April 20 to answer to the offense.
